Default Latitude/longitude finder

I'm new to the forums (hi everyone) so I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but- I was trying to locate the latitude and longitude of my parent's ski house. It is in a remote part of PA so the address isn't in the navigation system, and no nearby points of interest were either. I was able to locate the latitude and longitude of the house with this site:

http://www.satsig.net/maps/lat-long-finder.htm

It has map views and satellite views, so I was able to find the lake that their house is on, and use that as my point of reference. From what I read of my owner's manual, I think I can now input that info as a memory point.

which nav unit do you have? also, if you go to the ski house, there should be an option to save that location, whether its a number address, or latitude & longitude...
