Question Subwoofer/Amplifier/Headunit/Alternator Questions

Alright, I've been browsing the site for around a week now trying to find answers to a few questions, although I gathered most, there's some more Im unfamiliar with

First off, car is a 1993 Lexus ES300.
Newer battery, alternator is a year old (receipt from prev owner)

I've been picking out some audio equipment and think I may have went overboard. I understand that the stock alternator is only 80amps.

#1-I have an 80amp alternator, my amp does 1300x1 @1ohm. Am I going to destroy the charging system right away?
#2-I heard I can use a toyota highlander 130 amp alternator, is this true? If so, how much would a shop charge to replace an alternator?
#3-I've been reading about the Big 3 (0gauge wire from battery to alt, ground to engine block, etc). Will this be enough or is that alternator going to be neccesary?
#4-I am replacing the head unit, will the factory amp still power the speakers or will I need to disconnect it?
#5-How do I get maximum bass out of my setup? I hear alot of the sound gets trapped because of gas tank location and non drop backseat. Would taking out my back speakers cause me to lose alot of volume and require excellent components for the front to hear over the bass?

Sorry for the pain in the *** questions, I couldnt find the answers so I broke down and created an ID to post this. Thanks in advance.
Anyone with similar set-ups to chime in would be great.

The subs are 4ohm DVC
2 of them ran parallel lowers the impendance to 1ohm
Im not worried about that

What Im actually worried about is frying my alternator.
