Ok, i was messing around with macromediafireworks, and came up with this design for a setup for a pioneer head unit. What i would be doing is removing the stock stereo head unit, then repositioning the air conditioning control unit lower, and then replacing the air conditioning control unit with the pioneer ion dash navigation. is it possible?

Probably possible - with a lot of fancy work, money, time, etc.
Why bother, just to swap those 2 units? Not worth it IMO.
