Good car audio place near Wash. D.C. ??
I decided I can't afford to add NAV to my 99 GS400. I have an iPaq pocket PC with NAV on it and it's pretty cool. The problem is the cables are ugly as h*ll.
Anyone know of a really good mobile electronics shop in the DC area that would be capable of hiding the cables? For example, it runs off the cigarette lighter. I would like to "move" the cigarette lighter receptacle to someplace hidden, like near the drivers feet area, etc.
Maybe it's more trouble than it's worth, but I'm looking for ideas from yoooz guys.
CYA.

NAVI FOR SC300/400
Hey guys,
I was wondering if Lexus had ever thought about putting a navigation system in the SC series...the reason for this is because ive never heard of an SC having one, at least not til the SC430 ....the reason for this is because im trying to keep the stock look, and a STOCK navigation system for the old model SC400 would be a dream come true...anyways, if anyone has any info on this, please speak up...

GS400: have you ever had any work done at CarTrenz? Or have you known anyone who did?
Gold: I have heard of MyerEmco. I did not know they did car audio. I'll have to give them a call and see. (Their website doesn't say much about the car audio/video).
Thanks for your advice, guys.

meyerEmco is very expensive but good! I bought some JL Audio woofers from them....good but exspensive. I think you could find better deals somewhere else.
Thanks,
Mike

True
I do agree that they are costly. But for a Lexus i would rather pay more and get a better installation than pay less and get a shotty or not as good of an installion.
