buzz from ML tweeter?

Hey Guys,

When the tweeter starts to make this buzz sound on songs with bass does that mean its blown? One of my tweeters is buzzing.... any help will be appreciated.

The tweeters are supposed to be blocked from the low frequencies (bass).

i just figured out it was the door handle that was vibrating from the mid range ML on the door. my ML speakers are fine
