So im getting an Ipod nano and want to play it on my GS (no nav.) but dont like the idea of the antenna going up any other ways to get CD clear sound ?
Just an FYI I work at Best Buy, in the Geek Squad and by far the biggest piece of junk we have ever sold is the Ipod. Best Buy had to change the way that we handle them as far as returns and broken products go. Not saying that all of them are junk but in an 8 hour shift I will see atleast two of them sometimes as many as five. The HD goes out on them, the firmware goes out, and the new trend is them just turning off. Just thought I would share that little bit of information and hopefully you never have an issue with yours.

Thanks for the heads up what would you recommend then ? Creative? IRiver ?
I have heard good things about both the Iriver and the creative. I personally have the creative labs 30 gig. I have had it for a year and a half no problems and I have dropped it 3 times. But yea Ipods arent doing so hot right now.

I just bought the Vaistech SoundLinQ SLI which hooks up the iPod directly to the factory headunit so that you can control the iPod via the navigation touch screen or steering wheel controls. It also doesn't sacrifice any audio quality since it's a direct link.
