Default Luxlink Remote Starter Problem...and solution

Well, I had installed a Luxlink remote starter on my GS last winter...and it worked flawlessly through the whole snow season. When Spring finally hit, I noticed my Luxlink remote starter would't work anymore. I checked all the connections and they seemed to be fine.

I was going to send back the unit and harness back to Luxury Motorworks, but found out that when I took out the harness, the car would not start. Anyways, I put the harness back in and decided to troubleshoot another day.

...and since winter is going to be coming up soon, today was that day. I dove into the electrical wiring diagrams and found out that there was one fuse I had not checked that was connected to the starter/ignition wiring, which was under the engine bay...listed under "AM2"..it's a 15amp fuse in the engine bay. Well, it was blown...and I would never have figured that out if I didn' t have the diagram.

So if anyone has problems with their Luxlink remote starter not working, check your IG, IG ECU, Starter, and lastly the "AM2" fuse in the engine bay. Just posting this for an archive, in case anyone has the same problem in the future.
