Could use some help here:

I'm in the process of replacing my defective Kenwood HU with an ECLIPSE AVN2454. I connected the constant 12V, ignition Switched 12V and ground wires and would have expected the Eclipse to turn on with these wires connected, but nothing happens. Checked the cables and connections, and power is OK.

Is there anything else that I need to connect just for the HU to turn on? Don't want to continue the install before I can confirm that the Eclipse is working properly.

Any input on this?
