Default Will this setup work in my SC300???

Well heres some background first off. I have a 97 SC300 with a 12 disc changer, the original sub, sub amp, and speakers were replaced. The sub was replaced with a Rockford 10" but since I have never heard of Rockford doing a free air and it doesnt sound so clean, I decided on getting a JL free air. Now I am unsure what ohm the sub I got is, but I wanted to redo a lot of the system. The current amp is now some Alpine amp, just something small I am sure. I wanted to take that out and replace it with one amp that would run my mids and highs and also my new sub. The amp I am looking at is the Alpine MRV-F450 I just wanted to make sure that this amp would work with my factory head unit and if ohm issues would arise with either the amp or the sub or both, or would it mainly be just a power issue. Also how would I go about wiring this up to bypass the factory amps???

I just bought the same amp for my 95 SC400. It's powerful enough to run your entire system including a JL Audio 10IB4 freer air sub off of the 5th channel.

Thank you thats exactly what I was looking for, I was more concerned with the wattage and the whole ohm issue that I know very little about. May I ask what mids and highs you are running?

I'm running Alpine 5 1/4" components up front and 5 1/4" components in the rear with a Kicker Free Air sub (JL Audio 10IB4 is in my other SC)
