2004 vs 2001 navigation cd's

is there a big difference between these dvd's or just a few minor changes? is it worth $199 for the upgraded DVD's someone give me some input.

I think the only difference is the updated roads and additional POI. I will be selling my disc from my 2003 GS when the Spring 05' update comes out.
