Default Reverse Sensor Wire Location?

Hey Fellas,

I just got my AVN5435. I noticed that there was a wire labled Reverse. I'm assuming this is the same purpose as the speed sensor. I was reading thru the manual and it stated that this wire would let the navigation know I was in reverse.

Does anyone know where this wire is located? I was thinking it is possibly located where the gear indicator is on the guage cluster. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Fernando

Congrads on your new headunit. That wire will probably be on the shifter area. You can also run that wire to the rear at the tailights and tap into the 12V reverse lamp.

Thanks!!

I thought of running the wire back to the reverse lamp as well. I was just curious if there was another location.
