The cd changer is in the trunk of my '96 ES300, but I don't have the gizmo to put cd's in in order to use it. Did Poineer make it in '96? and where's the cheapest place to get one?

I believe it uses a pioneer jd-t612 cartridge, you should be able to pick one up a local pioneer dealer. Just call a few in your area. If not they are on ebay all the time. I think they go for about $20.00 .
