Default Whats Ai-Net??

I looked through the alpine webpage but couldn't find any details about it. Like what its used for and what it is exactly. i'm picking out my next headunit but i'm not sure if i am going to be needing it. I'm thinking of getting the alpine CDA-9835. how's that headunit?

I believe Ai-Net is just a name coined by Alpine to label the way they're connecting their separate components. Since they've started Ai-Net their CD changers and other components are connected through more uniform wiring cables. Like their changers are just one cable now as opposed to being a cable for power/controls and then another separate set of RCA cables for the signal.

(it's essentially the same connections that sony has been using for years)
