Default Non Mark Levinson Audio Systems

Who is the corporate manufacturer of the current Lexus Audio System in the 2005 ES 330 (non-Mark Levinson - base system only). Also, does anyone know if any special re-programming is required for the radio head when the battery is disconnected which might be tied in to the anti-theft system.

thanks

the manufacturer is pioneer. there is no anti theft codes in 2005. the way to tell for sure is there is an id number on the cassette flap door if it starts with the letter p it stands for pioneer. the cassette flap also says theft deterrent design which means it isnt aftermarket sized so not much use in other vehicles. they uned to say anti theft on the cassaette flap. when there were codes.last radop anti theft code was 1996 in es300 moders.

Thanks for the info LexusAudio. P6850 is present on the cassette door, so it is a Pioneer. I was worried about dis-connecting the battery for service, so the "no codes" is a good thing as far as I'm concerned..

Thanks again....
