my shop gave me grief about using the avn-2454 with stock amp due to wiring concerns...

i hooked up the stock speakers to the avn-2454 and it sounded terrible.. the speakers sounded under powered and muddy with no true seperation.. (system sounded a million times better bone stock)..
I dedided to upgrade to a diamond d series 400w amp and it sounded alot better but now the stock speakers were over driven.. after dropping so much cash and not completly happy i put diamond m6 6 "speakers in the doors with dynamat and now i'm happy... great mid-bass and highs..

now i just need to upgrade my 12'kicker and 100 watt amp that's in the trunk..

i'm torn between getting a free air baffle or a enclosed ported box..

i'm getting so many mixed reviews I'm not sure which one to get..
