Is there anyway to get the new LexusLink (found in the LS430) put into a 1992 SC300 and 1999 GS300?
There are a few reasons y i want it but one main reason is b/c one of my friend's dads got a brand new Caddy Deville (i think that is the right model) and my friend is always bragging about how great that OnStar crap (j/k) is and i would love to be able to show him the superior LexusLink.

 

LexusLink is Lexus branded OnStar. OnStar provides the service for Lexus.

 

does this mean that the OnStar people respond to those using LexusLink? Oh well, at least Lexus didn't call it OnStar. Is what Mercedes uses also OnStar?

 

Lexus Link cannot be added to any other model. Yes, Lexus Link is an On-star system. But Lexus has two of it's own call centers. On-star is not owned by GM, they a separate company.
