Best components for under $400

Hey all,

Title says it all, I'm looking for the best 6 1/2 components for under $400.00.

Also what amp would you recomend I get to power them and what online store would have the best prices on them..

I belive I have narrowed it down, let me know which you think is the best out of the following

Focal 165ve 3 way polyglass

JL XR 3WAY

Diamond audio s 600 ethier silk or aluminum tweeter

Boston Pro 6.5

Focal 165k2

I'm looking for the best SQ, will 3 way systems make a big diffrence over the 2 ways systems I have listed.

Id go with the focal k2s or maybe the diamonds. Have you looked at dynaudio? They are nice, but may be out of your price range. 3 ways will sound a little better (in theory), but the price and finding room for them often isnt worth justifying buying them over a similar set of 2 ways.

If you got a 400 dollar budget go find some CDT HD62 or try to find yourself a nice set of Eurosports on ebay. Probably one of the best components I've ever heard.

There seems to be a strong liking for CDT, I'm really not to familer with them how do hey compare to the other components I listed ?
