CDT Audio CL-61a + oem?

I'm thinking of purchasing a set of CDT Audio CL-61a (silk tweeters) and was wondering if it's even worth it if I will be running those speakers off the oem amp? Will it sound worse?

not sure about the 61a, but my cl-4 is driven nicely by the factory amp.
