The "OPEN" button on my factory Pioneer changer is broken. I worked with a stereo shop that deals with Lexus factory stereos and Pioneer. They ordered the button from Pioneer, but 4 months later no real progress had been made. Anyone able to suggest a car stereo shop or someone at Pioneer that is able to find the correct part number for the "OPEN" button? I even have pics of the old one I can send out.

yes i have the button new in the box. it is a little tricky to install as you have to remove the button pcb board. i would be glad to install it for you if you send the whole faceplate. or i could send instructions.
