Default Sat Nav for RX300

Hi, new member here. I wonder if anyone can help me. I purchased a Jan 2003 RX300. It has the screen and that does the audio and trip computer etc but no sat nav fitted. I have the buttons that would normally control the Lexus sat nav but when pushed you are told that no devise is fitted. I have a seperate sat nav system, (VDO Dayton) so at present I have two screens in the car. Does anyone know if I can get the VDO Dayton to work through the Lexus screen? Any info would be very much appreciated.

the non nav screen lists for 1700.00 and the nav screen for 3500.00 so i would assume the non nav screen is not a nav screen at all but just an information display.salvage yards all think that they all have nav screens in the rx because the hollander price manual is wrong and only lists the same screen number 86411-48030 for both nav and non nav rx. but the nav screen part number is 86411-48070 that lists for 3500.00. so the answer is no you cant use the display for your aftermarket unit.
