Default replacing cd changer

I want to know if it is possible to use a after market cd changer, with a stock nakamichi head unit.

There might be switchover kits, but I haven't seen any yet...

Which car?

We did one for a friend's Dodge RAm headunit with an alpine changer a while ago.
We bought the adapter from Al & Ed's Autosound, but they didn't have anything for
Lexus, esp. being the other way around: Using an aftermarket HU with the factory
changer.
