96 ES300 JL W7 install

96 ES300 JL W7 install
I currently have a 10jlw7 in box with a jl 500/1 amp and want to put it in my 96 es300. I was wondering if the bass would cause the trunk mounted cd player to skip. If so what can I do besides getting an aftermarket HU with a cd player.
