hey guys has anyone put an xbox in their gs? and if so where did you install it? i am going to do this soon and i am looking for some ideas. thanx.

 

I'm putting it in my ES! Sorry no GS but I'll have pics in a few days. Mine is gonna be hooked up to a Clarion VRX-815 7" Touch Screen. Updates to follow...

 

where in the car are you mounting the xbox?

 

Trunk for me

 

Mine is mounted on the rear deck. We cut a hole slid the xbox in at a 45 degree angle so most of it is in the trunk but the front is between the head rest (rear passenger). 10.4" flip down screen. Looks nice

 

good stuff!!! mind showing some pix and maybe saying how hard or easy it was to make those holes?

Should be able to post some pics next week. It is getting istalled on monday. We already designed it now comes the hard part. Putting it in. I like the 10.4" screen. Playing xbox on 7" screens in the headrest is too small for me. I will need help on how to post pics though. Screen is in all the cords are run. Just have to cut the hole drop in, recarpet rear deck, and hook up the rca jacks & plug the power into the game pack. Just waiting on getting my xbox back from a bud who is "updating" the hard drive so i do not have to carry all my games around in a cd holder.
