first, RICH, like i always say, you are my other half... you know what i mean by that... i understand where u come from and i know your intentions the majority of the time... but sometimes, you often forget to show a certain level of respect towards some of our members. i know that we have to be strict in order for things to be accomplished, but at the same time, theres no need to go above and beyond that fine line. im not here to lecture, but to help mediate what seems to be an ongoing problem. i get MUCH MUCH more **** from Rich than most of you... i probably deserve most of it, but sometimes its a little too much... all in all, i know where he is coming from so it doesn't bother me all the time... on top of that, i know how dedicated rich is to this club. but in the end, Rich isn't just dealing with me, he is dealing with ALL OF US... so all i can ask from you, rich, is to use a bit more tact. i know that you mean no disrespect and that you actually do respect us all.
