LC500 Handling / Gearbox Kickdown

Hi all, I have a 2011 IS F and was wondering if anyone can compare their feelings/differences on the LC 500 vs IS F performance with regards to

Handling on public roads
Cornering feel on public roads
Gearbox downshift from say top gear to 3rd for a spirited overtake in auto mode?

Would I feel happy with the performance given it's not an F model, albeit with the F engine out the RC F GS F (IS F older v8)

I'm in the Uk and very hard to get a test drive!
