Smile Prices Paid & Leasing information

Hello!
I am in the market for LC500 and spoke to Pohanka Lexus in my area (DC metro) about the pricing and they want MSRP for the car. Can you guys share who have purchased/leased information to get some idea what range people are paying either purchase (how much off MSRP) or leasing information for e.g. MF, residuals etc. I won't mind traveling outside of my area for the right price.

Thanks in advance.

MAJ

P.S> It dosen't have to be accurate I am just looking for range.

Will do. However, I was looking for current/relevant information as leasing information/incentives discounts change monthly.

Thanks for the response.

I don't think there's enough data yet to satisfy your query.

All the dealers I have contacted for the color model I am intrested are requesting MORE than MSRP which I still think is ridiculous given the same cars have been sitting now for 2-3 weeks. Wonder how long I have to wait for MSRP or a deal. I am still hoping to purchase by end of June.

Thanks everyone for your responses!

I guess car is too new to get a better deal at the moment. I will watch the market trends on LC500 and wait for the right time to lease one. However, I did performed nationwide search on auto trader and there are approximately 188 cars on the ground. That leads me to believe that dealers will soon become flexible on the price. I would appreciate anyone who gets LC500 (of course if willing) to share their deal here would be greatly appreciated. This will help potential LC future buyers.

Best,

MAJ

My dealer gave me $1,000 off MSRP. I'm leasing and the figures I got were:
Term: 24Mon MF 0.002550 Residual 63%/ 36Mon MF 0.002550 57% / 48Mon MF 0.002550 48%

The dealership didn't even have these lease figures yet. They had to call Lexus Financial and wait for a call back
MF is NON-NEGOTIABLE (I tried) because the car is so new.

We need all of you people that like to lease step up and lease the heck out of these so us "bottom feeders" can pick one up in 3 years at a reasonable price. Please do not abuse them too much...

That or they could just be trying to cash in on the new model demand.

I wanted to check out the new M2 and the saleperson was really pushing the M4. I can't remember the exact numbers but the lease on the $56K M2 for 3 years was only $20 less per month than the lease on M4 at $79K MSRP. Reason: they could deal on the M4 but they can charge a premium on the M2.

The M2 has a residual that is 10% less than the M4 therefore leasing one makes no sense.
They are producing the M2 and M3s in very small #s for some reason but M4s are everywhere and are heavily discounted.

Leasing might make sense for some for business/tax/employment benefit/etc., reasons.

10% less residual even despite it's much more popular, maintaining MSRP (and more in some markets), unlike the M4's that they're wheeling and dealing on, further suggests just making more $ because they can (which I have no problem with.)

Have you bought it yet? which dealer? Kuni Portland?
If they do not negotiate MSRP, then I will consider M4 or AMG.
I don't like to shop in a seller's market. Especially considering how much Lexus RC depreciates after 1 year.
