Same issue on my 2018 LC. A bit of noise above 60mph.
updating:
had both side weatherstrips replaced this week. Still a little bit of wind noise at higher speeds. Replacement did not completely fix the issue.
bought the part from Yoshiparts on line for 220 USD. Way cheaper than from Lexus.

Do you have OEM part number and did Lex install them? Would you say it's worth buying them or the difference is like 20%?

Coupe, it's autumn and the rubber noises when opening windows are back, it's insane, no amount of dealer work or silicone will fix this ****

No I had it installed by a body shop. Here are the details of the order with the parts numbers. Lexus quote for parts and labor was twice what I paid !!
body shop told me that the part needed replacement. Small improvement but difficult to estimate.
Has anyone been able to fix this issue? It's starting to drive me mad, the pitch of the wind noise is pretty obnoxious lol
I was considering doing all rubber seals replacement (dealer said they can't promise this will fix the issue), but I'll probably end up ditching LC in a year for something else like R8. No point in wasting cash or buying another year model for 99% of the same experience.
It's ridiculous that a flagship Lexus is having this issue to being with. Getting new seals is just a band aid fix, they will go bad again and the problem will return, assuming it is a seal issue. I'm trying to figure out what I want to do but not sure if it's really worth the time, how much are the replacements going to cost you?

I think it was about 300-500 EUR total, could be wrong, they quoted me as I started this thread, so long time ago.
For me, LC500 is the worst car in terms of annoyances. Seals, wind noise, and wait till you develop ABS squeak that warranty doesn't cover, so unless you want to shed 2-3K EUR, have fun listening to more squeaks for the rest of your life as you release brakes.
Porsche covers all under warranty and never even ask anything, lol, at least here. Ceramic brakes for 5-10K EUR are almost used up? No worries, I'll replace for free. Wiper blades gums gone bad after a year? Free replacement. A squeaky ball-bearing? Free replacement. And it's not even a top of the line new Porsche bought from them, but like a 5 year old medium budget one.
Here, the 10 year Lexus warranty is a joke for such a car.

I have a 2018 and the noise is on what sounds like both driver and passenger sides. I went out and bought some silicone lubricant for the gaskets around the door and window and cleaned them up. Unfortunately the noise hasn't disappeared or gotten any better, and I'm unsure where to go from here. I also tried folding in the mirrors on the highway to see if they were the culprit but there wasn't really a difference. I know if I go to the dealer they're gonna say it's normal, or recommend replacing the seals which I don't think is necessary. Currently thinking it's the window seal at the top of the window but hard to diagnose when driving down the highway. If anyone has any further suggestions please let me know, feeling a bit stuck on this one.
update: finally went to the dealer to have it looked at. The shop foreman and I went on a test drive and I pointed out the noise. He ended up replacing a gasket towards the front of the drivers window since it was separating, said noise was gone, $550 after tax. Get car back and drive around a bit more and the wind noise is still there. Took it back to the dealer and went on a test drive again, and the foreman said he was listening to a different sound the first time... Drop it off at the dealer again and hear back a few days later, stated he ensured parts around the door were installed securely, and that the noise was significantly reduced after his test drive. Took the car back and drove it around, and some of the noise from the drivers side did go away, but the noise was still mostly there. Took it for a long drive the next day and when opening and closing the window on the highway, the window wouldn't seal correctly after closing, which resulted in a MUCH louder noise, very epic.
Asked for next steps/quote, and they quoted me $1900 if I want to have the rubber seals around the door replaced, as those are the next steps - essentially 4k after tax just to make some wind noises go away?
Good luck to anyone else having this issue lol, one of the many I have with my 2018

I haven’t read the entire thread but have you driven a new/er one as a comp? If it’s much better, then perhaps there was an update to the seals, door fitment specs, A pillar, outside mirror housing etc?

**** that! That's unacceptable on a flagship to not have lexus honor this as a defect and do replacements for free.
P.S. IS your 2018 LC also missing slow window close at the last inch that is present in all other lexuses? ct, is, etc, all had this

Mine is 2017, launch model, just in case, and the issue is there.
