I live by the simple motto that Life Is Only As Complicated As YOU Make It.

This simple purchase decision is becoming wayyyyyy too complicated with too many unknown variables that WILL leave you feeling uneasy at many points in your life if you buy this vehicle.

Move on...screw saving a few dollars for all of this stress.

If you have to wait to find the right specimen then wait.

Don't waste anymore of your time with this vehicle.

Move on.... Don’t look back.

please check out my very recent post regarding a L/Certified CPO 2018 LC500. I ended up with a deposit for new one. Even if they call me back offering $76,000 or lower. I will not take it. For a car I really like and want to keep long term. I buy new.

I felt lucky that I overcome the initial emotional buying, otherwise all these small bits and true or illustrational bad thoughts will haunt me.

However, due to whatever reason you want to buy used, then, you really have to physically touch it, fully test drive it, go into the cockpit, use your finger tips to touch the materials.

Do not ever believe a report in hand, or so call 161- point L/Certified bull****. When I did my second deep test, I have the technical head with me. By accident, we found the center console side panel on driver’s side is disengaged. I can see the plastic hooks.... the technician tried to pull it back from passenger side. He pulled really hard but can’t pull it fully back sealed.

Jesus! What could have happened to it to cause a damage like that. Someone had a really good time with a girl in the back? ! Lol.

Carfax does not mention it, the Lexus service report (thanks to sickpuppy) does not mention it. 161 point L/Certified CPO my ***, the Lexus technician was right there did not aware of this.

again, L/Certified means nothing, just have a good inspection inside and out and fully test drive it, and buy bump to bump warranty afterwards.
