if you're not having issues and you only drive 2k a year, don't be concerned, enjoy the car! they're HIGHLY reliable. one or two person's unfortunate experience does not mean everyone's going to have the same.
The service had the noise recording but was unable to recreate the noise or find a problem. Drove it on highway all day yesterday in the Texas heat. Nothing occurred.
