I can't imagine that varying the wheel weight on a car like the LC would make one iota of noticeable difference.
100% agree and who would anyone need to know this,. Just buy your aftermarket wheels and enjoy the look.

Well, yes, I did. I actually posted this along with my new wheel setup in the wheels sticky thread but I suppose not a not of people noticed so I'll post it here as well, stock 21 wheel weights (as measured personally by me, without tires) and my aftermarket Work Schwert 21s for reference

Stock wheel weights:
Front: 15.2kg / 33.5lb
Rear: 16.0kg / 35.3lb

Work Schwert weights:
Front 14.2kg / 31.3lb
Rear 14.8kg / 32.6lb

Some context: Work make proper JDM wheels but among the best japanese wheel makers, they are on the heavier side. You can definitely get much lighter from brands like Volk and Advan, especially in forged 1 piece form. But given that the stock wheels are about 1kg away from good aftermarket wheels, I would consider their weights as not stellar, but better than I expected from a manufacturer

My main gripe with them is that their offsets are terrible (at least 20mm too conservative) and the design is somewhat polarising (although I personally don't mind them, despite not being in love with them)

Thanks! I did miss that thread but will check it out. The 20 inch Volk wheels I am running on my GSF are quite a bit lighter at around 21 and 23lbs for 20x9.5 and 20x11 so that’s definitely a big difference.

Yes, too conservative, BUT also 1" too narrow front to back. The wheels on the GSF and RCF and ½" wider front to back than the LC
