after a year of ownership i've been driven to believe that my babe here has a split personality. we pretty much always just cruise in Sport
mode - that seems like our default programming, and our other modes are just calmed down, all the way to comfort, which provides us
with that famous lexus floating living room feel. but then occasionally we get excited, and it's like, oh yeah boy, well, you wanna play
a little rough - and bingo we're at over 80 and 6000 RPM in 3rd, breathing hard, keeping the revs up; sometimes we're a screamer,
and don't want to keep quiet....so the transmission has some artificial intelligence, working in the programming to engage with you
for an awesome emotional relationship !

 

and when we calm down and downshift, its like a rim shot on a snare drum rat tat tat backfiring down thru the gears -
plz pardon all my mixed metaphors but i really have an emotional attachment with this beast, and, i'm happy to say, we run hot and cold...
