Lexus is currently, not sure how long it lasts, offering a $4,000 rebate for leases, at 2.99% here in the San Francisco bay area. Lease can be paid off after 4 payments providing over $3,000 net benefit. Went to two local dealers one wouldn't discount the other would and suggested the lease rebate. After some thought and analysis I have a Nightfall Mica with black leather interior LC 500.

 

The money factor is way lower than 2.99% with the $4,000 lease rebate deal. The money factor is .00001. Leasing is the way to go right now with that rebate even if you intend to purchase at the end.
