Just curious, how did you get the grille in all black - did you purchase the full black grille, or was it painted? If purchased, where can I find please?

Hey - you removed the CF hood decal?! Although I liked the concept and general look of that section of the hood with the black carbon, I personally didn't like the idea of a giant vinyl decal on a $100K+ vehicle. I think what you have now looks better. Very sweet!

It's stock. I have the Performance Package has many options the base model does not.

Yes indeed! It was a trial and error on my end with the matte carbon wrap on the hood and trunk. I like it far better without myself and agree that it made it look cheap. I left the matte carbon wrap around the grill and the headlights though and that looks clean and simple without disrupting the car's body lines.

I have one with the Performance package also - fully loaded. But I don't have that black grille. (Showing the back angle pic to see the retractable wing, which only comes with Performance Pack.)

Hmm.. I test drove one with the Performance Package but it also had chrome trim around the front grille. I'd love to have it all black like yours but I don't want the sport seats either.

Grille needs to be painted (or perhaps powder coated). Z may not be aware, but the dealer probably painted it before he bought it. I believe Z's other chrome and gray accents were wrapped in carbon. Stock grille on all LCs, regardless of option packages, is dark gray with chrome trim. The stock grille color looks the same as the gray that's around the front blinkers (I think this area is also carbon-wrapped on your car too(?). In the pics, your grille looks dark black with carbon-wrapped trim(?). You could try doing a side-by-side comparison next time you're at a dealer (or around another LC). If your grille is actually black, it would have been painted at some point.
