Android Auto or Apple Carplay?

Anyone know if the infortainnent system will be a proprietary Lexus system or will we have the ability to get Android Auto or Apple Carplay?

The first year of the LC will be an updated version of the infotainment system Lexus has been using in their RX/LX model unfortunately. There is talk about carplay coming in the future but we don't have an ETA yet

2018 LC 500 doesn’t have CarPlay yet? 2019 model probably will...
im wondering if Lexus will push out updates to enable this version on older model.

Can't wait to get CarPlay in the LC! Any idea if existing models will get an over the air update or is it a hardware deal would require a visit to the dealer?
