Has anyone installed the carbon or FRP rear diffuser from Novel with the stock exhaust? I have the non-carbon, fiberglass model and the rear diffuser touches the muffler and I'm worried about the plastic melting. I bought some Design Engineering Reflect-A-GOLD tap and some felt grill gasket to tape off where the diffuser meets the muffler. I'm not 100% this will work but trying to see if anyone has any experience here. My guess is Novel expected you to use their diffuser with their exhaust system.

 

Hi. I’ve run it for 3 years now with no issues. My tips are one off Fujitsubo ones but they replace the stock units.

 

Thanks. Does the bottom of your Novel diffuser touch the center muffler in certain spots?

 

I didn’t install it but again no fitment issues.
