Rear wheel drive and 470 horsepower. In my opinion limited slip differential should be a mandatory/ standard requirement. The LC 500 is a serious car and not a toy. LSD means improved safety.

20 years ago I had a BMW-Alpina B5 Touring with "over 500bhp" and no LSD. Alpina's official story then was that they didn't like the effect on turn in with a mechanical LSD (a valid point, in those days) and they had tried the then newfangled BMW M e-diff, but the supercharged V8 pretzeled it in less than a lap of Hockenheim. They eventually made a mechanical LSD optional on those cars, but it was unruly even in a straight line, without it - one of the few cars I've owned where wheelspin was a thing in more than half of the forward gears!

The LC's torsen diff feels good to me - I haven't noticed any tendency to "push" in it, though I do have the active rear steer on my car, so perhaps that's why...

Most dealerships dont have a friggin clue with the LC. Forum members know more LC info than 99% of dealer sales reps.

And yes the bespoke 100% does come with the LSD. I dunno if that was always the case going back to 2018, but it certainly is for the 2024-2026s.

I think the point is Lexus just assumes that everyone knows the Bespoke package automatically includes the Torsen diff…

So a $122k final auction price + fees = $128k.

Not bad for the buyer but BaT comes away as the most likely financial winner.

As long as the buyer is happy, all good as he basically got a brand new car under MSRP (not including BaT fee but full PPF add-on)

No way it sees $150k on BaT, and I'll happily put my foot in my mouth if it does.
You don’t have to put your foot in your mouth.

Agree. Perhaps exposure in the marketplace was an issue.
