Hi all and thanks ahead of time for your help. Totally stumbled & frustrated. 2020 LC500 trying to not use the passenger door locking. It’s starting to make the dreaded greraaa sound when handle locks. I simple don’t use passenger door so looking to configure not to unlock and definitely not to auto lock. I’ve gone thru the door locking customs setting. Set to not auto lock & as well off auto-time auto lock. Worked couple days and then went back to locking. Reset again and never took my settings. Seems to have a mind of its own. Any help is appreciated. Watched several videos and instructions on line but never seems to hold. Thought I saw in my search that ther is a set back to default option. At witts end. I’ll try anything!

 

That's a common glitch. The faulty lock actuator itself is likely causing the system to override your settings and reset.

Replacing that bad passenger door lock actuator is the real fix. It will stop the noise and should let your custom door lock settings finally hold.
