Spare parts
I've been browsing around eBay for a bit and came across a lot of parts from low mileage LC 500's that's been parted out. Anyone hoarding parts for these cars when they eventually are out of production and parts become hard to find? Are there parts that makes sense to keep spares of?
That was what I was worried about whether there's going to be longish term support. Also, the used parts are relatively cheap with low mileage on them at the moment not sure if that'll be true once the car's out of production. I've been tempted to hoard parts but I don't have space for it. Haha.

- By the end of the run Lexus will have sold over 20,000 LC500s in the US. This is double the number of Mk4 Supras that Toyota sold in the US. I own a '97 Supra, getting parts for it has definitely gotten harder over the years but not impossible. I last bought a used charcoal canister on EBay for $80 when my stock one failed. When the ECU has circuit/solder issues there's a guy in Texas that you can send it to. On my '00 NSX there's a plastic part in the door handle that breaks, ScienceOfSpeed makes a billet replacement. Where the manufacturer drops the ball, the aftermarket steps up. As an LC500 owner, having owned (oops) four 20+ year old Japanese classics, I have zero concerns about getting parts for this car in the next 20 years.
- The LC500 shares a lot of parts with the GS-F, RC-F and now IS500. So issues like that charcoal canister won't be a problem because there's a lot of cars to pull it from.
