You will need to find some at a Lexus dealership to pull the full option list on the vehicle you're interested in. There are a few guys on the Facebook LC forums who will do this for you if you ask politely.
As for the LSD, I'm sure it's possible to find a car with the Performance Package without the LSD but it's very rare. So rare, that I never came across a PP car without an LSD. Having said that, I'd still confirm via Lexus.
As for the red interior, this was absolutely my leading choice of interior color. However, Lexus doesn't offer the red interior with the infrared exterior, so I had to go for black on the inside. It's still a good color and I don't miss not having the red interior, but it would've been nice. However, you can update the interior panels to be red much easier than repainting or even wrapping the exterior in a different color. So that's an option if you get the black and really want to switch it later.
I actually do not want the Infrared exterior (have other red cars). It was just a Lexus dealer selling it, where there options were different than the Lexus US website, so I wasn't sure who to believe.
The car I am actually looking at (black interior), shows option sheet has LSD. I will post it here.

I would trust the sticker, the clublexus Vin decoder is not super reliable

This is my experience as well. Your monroney is more reliable than the VIN decoder. Plus, that option package is a very common configuration from Lexus so I'd be pretty confident it has the LSD.

All the things listed are standard on every LC500. There is not an option listed. If the Monroney posted above is for the vehicle you're considering, then there is no question it HAS the Torsen. No confusion

I even question that list since it says the LC has "Engine Auto Stop-Start Feature" which thankfully it doesn't! Although I do agree that I'm sure the car in question has the LSD based on the Monroney since I went through the exact same thing when looking for my 2018.
