The short answer is that pretty much anyone can do it. If not doing it yourself, a body shop will tell you that they can do it, and they can, but I’d go to a mechanic and have him send the calipers off for powder coating. Your local tuning shop, if they do brakes, is another option. I guess I’m saying that I’m comfortable having someone who does brakes all of the time running point, as opposed to a body shop who CAN do brakes, but doesn’t do them nearly as frequently.
I've been thinking about doing it on mine. Even photoshopped a few different colors trying to get a good idea if I want to do it or not. I'm sure any body shop can do it for you fairly cheap. People even do it in their own garage.
