Default Windscreen Alternative

Hi all, new owner of a 2024 LC500 convertible with a question. Has anyone explored a permanent, more esthetically pleasing alternative to the fabric windscreen? I've never been a fan of manually installed windscreens and found them to be a pain in the a$$. There is a small glass deflector in place which helps I suppose but my thinking is to explore the possibility of replacing the glass deflector with a larger, permanent version that might do the job of the fabric one. I did this on my 1991 Lotus Elan years ago with great success. Not sure if the pop up roll bars would be in the way but getting safety glass cut isn't too big a deal.

Thoughts?

Originally I thought about removing it, but no one sits (or can sit) in the backseats anyway. Now I've gotten used to it (the color matches my interior also). I did see on another post someone painted their's to match the interior, looked very nice. When I have the top down and side windows up, it does a really good job of cutting down the wind and noise. You could get one of these (ouch on the price!)

Ouch to the price indeed! We'll be giving that a miss. Had a look through a bunch of stuff on that site - all pricey. Somethings ridiculously so. Foldable storage box for the trunk at $199? Pretty sure I can get one on Amazon and drop 1 digit from that other price. On the windscreen front though, I think I need to look at the roof operation more closely as it may be that taller glass won't fit under the back of the roof as it comes down.

What would be interesting would be something that folds down/pops up when the top is closed/opened. I could also see something in Plexiglass rounded to fit the back seat decking. Overkill would be something electrically controlled for up/down, but it would have to be tied into the roof open (switches/power and maybe the existing windows auto down). Not sure how well the small existing glass works in the back, it is good for adding stickers though.
