Hey,
I'm getting ready to do my rear brakes, but my Snap On scantool won't place the car into EPB service mode. Is there a manual way to do it or can it only be done with techstream?

Were you able to figure it out? I have the FSM if you need any info. It seems like you just turn the parking brake off, and you should be good?

 

I was able to figure out that there is no EPB mode. Really surprising, honestly. I'm planning on doing a full "how to do" in them but the small parts kit (springs, pins and clips) is on back order across the country with no ETA. I checked online and with my parts distributors and no one has them. I hope no one needs rear brakes anytime soon, lol.
