Hi,
I am wondering there is anybody who has aftermarket rear diffuser and quad tips on LC500. I want to keep stock exhaust but want to change rear diffuser and add quad tips only... My question is that I can add just quad tips onto the existing exhaust ends or I need to do something special.

You don't need to change the diffuser to add quad tips. You can just add them and remove the fake exhaust cutouts to make room for them since they are not integrated into the diffuser like other lexus models.
