I'm not a "clean freak" and don't often wash my cars & do drive them in the rain but the brake dust from my MK5 Supra & GR Yaris drove me nuts

I got ceramic pads for them & I'm very happy about not cleaning the wheels after every hundred KMs of driving

Are there ceramic/low brake dust brake pads availible for the 2024 LC, it appears the later model has different pads ?

 

All original LC models came with HiPo pads. In 2020 Lexus issued a TSB that allowed LC500 owners unhappy with the HiPo pads, to retrofit their pads with lower performance less noisy and less dusty brake pads. The lower performing brake pads became standard equipment on Base and Touring models in 2021. The 2021+ Sport and DHP models still come with the HiPo pads. I know you have a new LC scheduled for build in August. Depending on the model, your LC may have the less dusty pads.

Personally I am extremely happy with the HiPo pads on my LC

We only get one spec over here as our market is tiny, mine is the third or fourth sold here this year
Generally our spec is the top model spec, carbon roof, rear steer, HUD, leather, functional wing, etc

I swapped my 2019 to the PowerStop Z26 pads and have been very satisfied. Much less dusting and braking performance is about the same or slightly better.
