Also it's not showing the order codes from the bespoke process, so the dealer will need to translate this list to those codes to enter the order.
Yes, the configurator is somewhat confusing. I entered all my window sticker options into the configurator and it gave the exact amount to the dot.

The Lexus custom order is so bad that they decided to do it for you. I got my Bespoke without doing a Bespoke. Lexus decided to just do their own Bespoke and send them to dealerships. My dealership got two and these were the only two Bespokes I’ve seen ever in my area. I’m still waiting for my bespoke certificate which allegedly being sent from Japan.
You can also see quite a few of these factory Bespokes for sale nationwide. Most are white. Lexus love to build white vehicles.
^^^ I have to agree.

I hope to get that certificate as well. Does anybody have a timeframe for when to receive these?

Unfortunately don’t see Irridium as a color choice. Does anyone know if this can be spec’d through the dealer?

It is not offered on 2024s. Check out page 22 for the available colors.

Also dark chrome is a must --- it makes the LC look 10 times better
Agreed! Dark Chrome is a must when building these!

Interesting. David Chao of Automotive Press on YouTube who toured the LC factory says Lexus can make only 18 cars per day, not surprised. I wouldn't think demand is huge for the LC500 but still that's a pretty long wait for a true bespoke custom build. But than again its the only place that makes LC that gets exported all over the world and within Japan too so guess that's not surprising.

Lexus only sold ~1700 LCs last year, that's 6 a day (Mon-Fri for a year). I suspect that the 4-6 month wait -- mine was June '23 to October '23, so 4 months -- has more to do with Toyota Production System than manufacturing capacity. They probably collect a bunch of bespoke orders, order all the parts, have everything ready to go then do them all at once. That would be much more efficient than building bespokes as they come in.

Ah good point. Yeah it would be tough to have all the parts ready to go at any time for a bespoke vs building them in batches like you said and of course the TPS model.

Wow, only 1700?! Dang. Ok I guess I assumed they would be running 7 days a week but maybe not...low demand/volume but also maybe these are higher level workers that they get weekends off! lol. Just so used to car companies running 24/7 (as most models are) but LC is a completely diff beast so.

It's weird how even with bespoke, you cannot build my non-bespoke 22 colour combination of Infrared on Circuit Red (Canadian special!)

Truly one of the biggest head scratchers. Would’ve thought color choice is the simplest type of customization they could offer.
