Default Canada just snuck in a price increase

Base MSRP has moved up to $134,782 on the convertible.

Yikes, in BC that'll be over 170k after GST (with the new 10% GST on anything over 100k) and BC luxury taxes

Since you mentioned this, I just did a comparison for my Canadian ‘24 convertible.
I’m in Ontario (Canada, not California).

I compared my MSRP ‘24 convertible price from July 2023 to what it would be now.

Today, the same ‘24 car has a MSRP $5550. higher.

That $5550 extra will have a 20% luxury tax so $5550 + $1110 = $6660 (don’t like that number!).

Now add the additional 13% HST, $6660 x 1.13 = $7528.80

6 months later the same new Canadian ‘24 convertible costs $7528.80 more.

Hmmm….
