LOL - I just drove about 18 miles and miraculously managed to avoid blowing up. I put it in ECO mode thinking that might minimize any adverse effects and I don’t think it ever went above about 2K rpm’s - good news is I didn’t hear any knocking and I got about 25mpg including a stop at the Sonic drive-thru so I guess I’ll be okay
