After selling my previous Convertible, I have decided to order a new Bespoke edition to get the specific color combination I am looking for (I have another thread about this): Blue exterior/White interior.

While not a huge fan of the new "dash and touch screen" I do like the forward camera, wireless android auto and hopefully it will come with a keycard.

For those that have been through this ordering process before, anything I should look out for or consider when placing the Bespoke order?

I plan to order a convertible, fully loaded with heads up, ML and the upgraded rear end.
Wheel type?

Anything you guys wish you had ordered differently or that I should keep in mind when doing this process?
What was your down payment? My sales person said it should just be the standard $1000 but to expect the car to take six months to build.

Thoughts?

 

• Get a contract signed by a MANAGER (not salesperson) on the sale price of the car that specifies the sales price at Full MSRP or $x under MSRP, with no additional dealer add-ons.
• Have an understanding in writing of whether your deposit is refundable or not. If non-refundable, you need a time limit at which you can cancel (6 months or so) and get your deposit back if car hasn't arrived. The deposit really should be refundable though.
