They wouldn't ship it. Too much hassle for them, I suppose. I just bought it today and fly out tomorrow. I plan on an oil change at about 1,000 miles at the Lexus dealer in Albuquerque or Santa Fe.

Thanks everyone. Wish me luck. I fly to Texas tomorrow to pick up a 2024 LC500, Atomic Silver with Toasted Carmel interior and Dynamic Handling Package with HUD. Lots of good info here on how to break in the engine and brakes. I appreciate it!

Quick pic - doesn't really do it justice. Stopped at a one pump rathole of a place on the NM/TX border for a break and there was a beautiful new black Jaguar of some sort there that I parked near. Only a few people at this place. When I came out from getting some water there was a young guy there, 20’s, looking at my car. He owned the Jaguar. Went on and on about my car. Had never seen one. Loved it. If I was younger I bet I would have recognized him as “somebody “. In any case, nice moment
