Has anyone seen this before? Nothing seems broken. It appears it that just popped out of its clips.

Can it be fixed? Can the lenses be removed?

 

I bet the headlamp unit itself is sealed. I would take it to the dealer but I bet they will just say replace it.

Hopefully yours is under warranty?

There are ways to unseal them using various methods described online but you risk very easily damaging the headlight unit.

 

Dealer for sure. If you’re out of warranty then yes maybe try and disassembling the headlights and putting them into the oven to loosen the glue

you can google baking headlights to see what works for you.

side note: because these are one off headlights and apparently the worlds smallest tri beam LED cluster, they are extremely expensive to replace.

 

Agree with badhobz, but if you're out of warranty, I'd just pick up a used headlight from ebay rather than opening up the current one and potentially damaging it further.

 

Would one of these be available on Ebay? Over here there are absolutely no second-hand parts whatsoever except for wrecked bumpers. Just interested to note the difference between US and UK.

Just been on the US site, and yes they are available and for reasonable money. I'm amazed!

 

Yes, but you have to be careful since a lot of them have broken tabs which the sellers do make clear. I think there are only a couple with no broken tabs but they prices are somewhat reasonable.
